Today, the majority of you use Gmail. Most people only use their Gmail account for email, but only a few people are aware of Google Drive and Google Docs. Only a few of you are aware of Google Docs’ powerful features, such as voice typing, clear formatting, and comment tagging. Working in Google Docs does not require you to be connected to the internet. Google Docs allows you to work even when you are not connected to the internet. By going to Google Drive’s settings, you can enable offline mode. The biggest benefit of Google Docs is that you don’t have to save your work over and over. Docs automatically saves content.

If you get tired of typing, you can do it by speaking in a variety of languages, including Hindi and English. Log in to Gmail, then click on the 9 dot next to your profile photo in the right side to open Google Drive, and then click on New in the top left side to open Google Docs. Now, in the bar that appears at the top of the docs, select Tools. There is a voice typing option available there. Now go to Voice Typing, select your language, and start speaking. This tool, however, will only work in the Google Chrome browser.

We frequently copy and paste content from other websites into Google Docs. In this case, the content is also pasted in the documents in the website’s formatting. You may have difficulty editing the content in this situation. To clear formatting, select the entire content and go to Format in the menu bar, or click on the Tx shown in the right site at the top of the docs.

You can include any size photo with text in any document if you want. To do so, go to Docs’ menu bar and select Insert > Drawing > Shape. After you’ve chosen sep, go to T (Text Box) and type whatever you want in the photo. It is not necessary to include a photo in the docs; however, you can do so if desired.
