Last year, WhatsApp began testing a feature in which desktop users of the app would be able to send and receive messages even if their phone did not have an internet connection. Simply put, the phone does not require internet to use WhatsApp on a laptop or desktop. WhatsApp has released an update for beta users after about 8 months of testing. WhatsApp Desktop beta users can now use the app even if their phone is in flight mode.
How do I turn on the new feature? whatsapp without internet
First and foremost, the new feature is only available to desktop users. If you use WhatsApp on your computer, this feature will come in handy. First, make sure your WhatsApp is up to date. You must now go to your phone’s WhatsApp settings to enable this feature. Then select the Linked Devices option. The Multi-Device Beta option will now appear. To join the beta version, simply click on it. Now go to your desktop and open WhatsApp. Your setup is finished. You can now use WhatsApp on your laptop even if your phone has an internet name. WhatsApp will now use the internet on your laptop.
Support for multiple devices is also available.
Multi-device support has also been received with the new beta version of the desktop, which means you will be able to use the same WhatsApp account on four different devices, though this device will only be with the web version, i.e. you will be able to use different phone apps. I am unable to use WhatsApp. You must join the beta as described above in order to use the multi-device feature.
Hello
Is it possible to deactivate this feature. I don’t want any messages when I’m at work. I’ve been searching the internet for a solution, but couldn’t find anything…
Could you help me out?
